Junk yard pics.

Spent the day in a Junk yard today , collecting some pushrod & valve adjusters to experiment with for hemi rocker conversion for Man-a-fre . Took a half dozen pics of some interesting finds there --I don't have a clue how to resize them to post --If one of you will send me an E mail addy , I'll send 'em to you to post.
This is probably the only REAL junk yard left in LV & all these cars can be bought.

The Buick fastback they say runs & drives-- he wants $3500 for it.
Kaiser is pretty clean & straight, no title tho. Ha said $2000.00 takes it home.
The upside down thing is a 34 Chevy --he has the fenders & a bit more stuff for it. $1500.00
I didn't ask about what I think is the 37 flat back Ford--its pretty sad but I know that people have ressurected worse.
55 Dodge has no engine or tranny, both front & rear glass are good. Don't know what the whole car would cost , but he has parted some of it out, so if somebody needs something, probably coud get it.
I have no idea about the Nash 49 -50?

If there is any interest in any of these ,PM me & i'll give you the contact dope. I'm not posting it here because I got a feeling that if he started getting dozens of calls --"hey --you got one of these --I'm looking for a whippet part --got any"? etc--that he would get uncooperative real fast.

You was out to Vegas Valley huh? I was there in november. I've bought several cars out of there.

Well, the upside down Chevy for one. Either you're holding back some, or he's sold some good stuff. I'm usually out there a couple times a year.

 

Sure seems to be a lot of Kaisers popping up.

 

the kaiser looks great i wish i had a way to get it home.now i want to take another trip to Las Vegas.last time we were there we got married by an Elvis impersonator.
