  3. Well, at this time school is the most important task for you. But we deadbeats are anxious for any visible progress!
Is that the current status of your project? Are any panels being formed yet?

Hey all, here are some updates. Over Thanksgiving I had the opportunity to swing by Dennis Webb's shop to check on the body and damn is it cool. Dennis is an excellent builder and artist. Here is a quick story on the man.

And now on to the photos.

In other news the engine has been fully machined, I will assembyl and hopefully get it into the car over Christmas Break! Here is the most recent photo of it.

Lastly I have been toying with the idea of mounting this supercharger somewhere down the road ( longer after the engine has been throughly tested, tuned broken in. I know I don't need the power but damn wouldn't it look cool if I did something along a Blower Bentley front mounted Supercharger.

  7. I didn't read this whole thread, but Speedsters are the greatest! Before Hot Rods, there were speedsters. Check out http://www.nwvs.org/

Thanks MrModelT. The motor sure did turn out nice. I have a lead on a DOHC Fronty but it I have a feeling it will be out of budget. That Galavan DOHC sure is pretty. Thanks for the kind words.

    2 thumbs up !!

  11. A Fronty DOHC would make that engine even more of a screamer!

blitzen, you're making fantastic progress on your speedster. Mine has had to take an unfortunate backseat to a couple other necessary projects, but yours is inspiring me to wrap them up and get back to it!!!

Trust me....visions of DOHC Fronty's and Galavan's dance in my mind at night too.

Ya never know 'till you persue the lead and ask....it never hurts to do so. Either one of those heads, Fronty or Galavan, would be awesome....but I am REALLY liking your approach. The Bentley-style blown RAJO setup will be very unique and real kick in the pant on the street. :)

Hello all. Its been quite the journey since I last updated the build. Apologies for not keeping you all better updated. I spent 5 months overseas and recently started a new job, its been quite busy but thats no excuse for the radio silence. The T is all together and running very strong thanks to a great team of people who have helped bring it where it is today! With out the help of my dad it would still be a little more than a dream only realized on the backs of napkins. If you have any questions feel free to ask away. Without further ado here it is.

MrModelT it sure is nice to have it done, but then again it never really is done.... I have only driven it on city streets so far so speed has been limited. Best guess is 55 but it has so much more.
