That is a clean, simple and slick lookin' dude!! Man...the body looks straight. Not sure if it started out that way but it looks nice.

Yup. Stock height. It has a slight z in the rear and some leafs pulled. But no chop or channel for this one. I had almost no body work to do... This one was a lucky find.

i love it! those new wheels in grey primer and white walls remind me so much of when i was first building my model a coupe! i love that look for some reason. nice clean ford center cap finished it off.
glad to see stock height also! i, so glad i never chopped my car! its perfect how henry made it. i dropped some leafs in my rear, reverse front spring minus a few leafs, and a 36 front axle gives it a killer stance!
keep the pictures coming! nice job

No fenders. No hood. I like a simple, clean car... interior will be a dark maroon / blood ox. Wheels are going to be black as well.

  11. Nice A. Hope to see you around when the weather is good.

Really nice and lucky find indeed. The body is pretty choice. I am curious as to why your choice of hair pins over splitting the bones.

Thanks! No real reason on the hair pins. The set of bones I had were rough... and sided with something I had more faith in strength wise (as compared to the bones I had).

Did you rebuild the motor stock or umpf it a little? What did you use for your steering box?

Stock 52 Ford. I want to get it on the road and run it as... then look to maybe do a new carb setup and cam.

    Using an early F1 box.

Glad to see that you put "5 window" in the title. Personally I'm fed up with all of those '30-'31 3w threads.:roll eyes:
