Technical Hurst 3 Speed Floor Shifter Identification

I have a Hurst shifter in mint condition, never been used that I would like to offer to one of the members here, but I am not sure what vehicles it fits. If anyone could help me identify it, would be a big help. I'm thinking someone may have an old Hurst catalog from the 70's that would show the two model numbers that are on the installation instructions that I have. Those numbers are 413-6565 and 413-7635 Any help would be appreciated.

I have a 1995 Hurst catalog-showing a lot of 3 speed shifters-and those numbers don't show up-sorry. I would be interested in the shifter to adapt to a 46 Ford ******-send photos if you are interested. Sfowl@aol.com
