If you have a later model 302cu that doesn't have the provision for the clutch z-bar pivot ball, then you'll need this pivot ball bracket, bolts to bellhousing so your factory clutch z-bar can be used: $74.95 http://www.mustangsunlimited.com/it...y=Transmission+Conversion+Parts&CatKey=Cougar And like previously said, you need to know what year your 302cu is, 1980 back will be 28oz. counterbalance, and 1981 and newer uses a 50oz. counterbalance, so you need to know this to get the right flywheel balance weight and clutch style, late model 5.0 Mustang uses a 10.5 inch clutch borg and beck style pressure plate stock.
