Hot Rods The Race of Gentlemen, 3rd Annual.

Friday night pre party. Night of The Troglodytes. Chopper motorcycle exhibit and party, all welcome. 8pm to midnight. Surf Comber motel on Atlantic next to Oilers HQ, on the corner of Rio Grande and Atlantic ave.

Oilers racer check in is all day Friday at that same corner.

Sat.
Gates are at 8 am. Racing at 10:30. Till 6pm. Then mosey back to town for showers or relax time, or more sights like the car show, Customs by the Sea.

Customs by The Sea, is an auto show all weekend long. From Friday till Sunday at the end of Rio Grande, under the giant Wildwood sign. You must register if you want a parking spot. Come and go as you like please, Cruise... Don't park!

Sat night, beach party!!! 8pm to midnight. Bon fire and live rock and roll. Don't miss this!!!

Sunday
Gates at 8 am. Racing around 10:30, till 6.

Mosey back to town for more hanging and fun. I'll be in the hot tub! Broken and tired.

Respect the city, don't be stupid, don't be a pig, don't be a litter bug, mind your manners, enjoy life, hug thy neighbor. Or else!!!

anyone know what to do w/ the tickets I print off the eventbrite email? Do we bring these somewhere to turn them in for wristbands or just wad up the paper ticket and carry that around all weekend?

I'm looking forward to being part of this event as an exhibition driver. Earlier this year I ran into Mel at a get together that I had my car at over at Zach Suhr's place and he asked me if I wanted to participate. According to him, he does let an overhead car in each year if it's put together right with good parts. I was flattered and honored to be asked this year. I'll be doing some exhibition passes on the beach for fun and also some grudge match racing on Sunday after the brackets are done if anyone wants to put their flathead V8 or banger up against the early Edmunds dressed Hemi in my coupe for some fun.

On the racer announcement, my car was mistakingly labeled as an Ardun powered car so I wanted to chime in. However, if anyone has one they would like donate.. I'll get it in by the race

Question about Friday night tickets..

I ordered our race tickets today and did a donation for the party but it didn't allow me to select a quantity for the Friday night tickets. I only got one to print out, do I need to go back and get two more or does the one donation get the three of us in?

Not trying to be a cheapskate, just asking.
