On so many levels. http://www.ebay.com/itm/Ford-Fairla...7ed06426b&item=171480334955&pt=US_Cars_Trucks
It looks like an amateur restoration. I'm surprised the ford store that ordered it didn't just grab a D code car and slap a puffer on it, that is what a lot of dealerships did (from what I understand) on sedans/wagons. Regardless, if an F code bird of the same level isn't worth 100k, i doubt he'll get it for a fordoor. Neat car though!
Here's an F code 57 Fairlane 500 that went for $142K http://www.me***.com/lot-detail.cfm?LOT_ID=DA0913-166380
IMHO, this isn't even comparable to the 4 door. This one is a concours car worth every nickle where as the 4 door has an amateur restoration.
Both cars.. awesome for sure based on their scarcity. The 2-door is definitely coucourse-quality, the 4-door, looks like it could be driven every day and not sweat it too much. But there is a $45k difference between the two. I'd personally take the 4-door over the 2-door.
