Been kinda busy lately so nothing new… Let's see if I can get away with a few oldies...

 

Mark - let me be the first to say - "Sensational" I love the technique and color you used on these.

George Barris' redo of the Chrisman coupe. Loved by many, including myself, and hated by many, it was a show car and occasional star on "The many loves of Dobie Gillis" TV show. It's been restored to the Chrisman Brothers look and is a fantastic piece of hot rod history, but I miss seeing George's masterpiece. It only exists now in photos and as a Hot Wheels car and in artworks. Here's mine.

Good stuff guys.

I've got some squiggles this week. I had a hell of a time trying to take a photo of this one, the background colour wouldn't come up properly. It's actually a very vivid blue pearl.

 

Haven't had much time for personal art work lately. That all changed when I blew out my
ACL and I'm now waiting on surgery. This is titled "Bruce Wayne's '40 RoadKing " I drew the
Plymouth in Corel and dropped in a background I found on-line(Artist Unknown).
Hope to have more art posted in the future.

Here is another Corel drawn concept rendering I did earlier this year. The "Springtown Hustler" is currently being built by Mark Patterson and his brother. They are members of the Loose Cannons C.C.

Nothing laser cut this week so I am going with a couple of photo shopped images I took at History Park in San Jose this year.

 

He is busy getting ready to be a featured artist at SEMA!!! I thought that was pretty awesome...wondered the same thing!! I'm a big fan. Just weird not havin some scratchin, huh?

 

Sweet little A, Locab, everything else is pretty amazin as well! Guessin Mr. Norwell should throw somethin up in Bomonster's absence????

 

Superb! Out of all the amazing paintings I have seen of yours,this is definitely one of my top 5 favorites.

 

Either version of that car would be welcomed. Such an iconic car.
