got it now I think-this was in S. Glastonbury, Ct. Saw Wayne Carini there from Chasing Classic Cars. I would guess there were over 600 cars, good vendors and great band.
Thanks for the pic's...The 55 gassers are always great to look at especially since my first car was a 55 2door post. However I really like that grey primer coupe(I think it is a Plymouth).
This is an awesome show. This was my 3rd year in a row attending. I like it for many reasons, like the fact that it's a pre 1963 show, there are no classes or trophies, and it's has almost a "word of mouth" cult type of following. It's not really advertised much, but still packs them in from all around. It's an hour and a half ride for me and my friends from RI, and it was perfect Fall weather, and there was some great Fall foliage for this year's run.
My truck at Dunkin Donuts while still in RI that morning, waiting on friends to meet up and head to CT.
Sure, here you go captain,....and here's a link to a thread with a bunch of pics of my truck. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/threads/32-34-pickup-pics.2405/page-20#post-10667169
