I recently bought a dual quad tunnel ram manifold for a small block Ford. It came with two Holley four barrels. The only numbers that look important to me are 4241 / 2926. I Googled those and got "64-65 Ford". They don't fit the manifold so I expect they would need adapters. Can anyone give me a little more info on these carbs?
The numbers stamped into the right side of the air horn will identify the carbs and their application.
Sorry, my camera isn't handy. These carbs do not have an air horn/choke stack. They look pretty much like this pair I just found on Ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/Holley-Carb...pt=Race_Car_Parts&hash=item2a45fda68d&vxp=mtr Described as "Holley Carburetor 4224 660 CENTER SQUIRTERS BLOWER DUAL TUNNEL RAM CARBURETOR" Does this mean they are not "factory" to anything?
Reading the description on eBay it says "air horns were professionally milled off". Looking at mine (old and not dry stored) I think can detect signs of milling.
