Back to the forum with my 28 Tudoor, is it "traditional" enough?

    Hello all,
My name is Jacob, I am from Northern California. I've been a HAMB member for longer than I can remember, but primarily a reader. I joined while in the middle of my '55 chevy stepside project which I am still slowly making progress on, however more appropriate for this forum is my Model A I just acquired. It is a vehicle I have spent the last 8 years trying to buy from my Uncle, an I finally got my hands on it. He bought it in the early 70's, had a custom frame built and more or less let it sit in a garage for the last 40 years. It has 4-bar front and rear with a front leaf spring on a custom tube axle with chevy hubs, and quarter-elliptical rear leaf spring suspension attached to a tri-5 era rear axle and will be powered by a camaro TBI 305/700R4.
I planned on starting a build thread in the "traditional hotrod" section, however I don't know if it cl***ifies as traditional with my 70's suspension and the 90's drivetrain it will get. what do you guys think? I know alot of people frown on EFI but in my late 20's I have no problems working with the primitive electronics that the early 90's cars received.

Here is a shot of my original body in awesome shape for 85-year old sheetmetal!

don't worry about everybody else. this is supposed to be a traditional site, but all kinds of guys have corvette suspension, all kinds of stuff. just don't put billet on it or it is a federal offense, apparently. don't worry what anybody else thinks. I love it, my wife looked at it and was hating on it.

Ryan and his moderators have the final call on your question. If it were me I'd keep it on the main board. But, the important thing is to please yourself and have fun. Dave.
