Who can identify this truck cab??

Does anyone know what this cab could be? It has door lines like an early chevy, international, or model t but there lower on the door and the door handles above the lines. Doors have 4 hinges. Hood/sides from a different vehicle.

Thanks for the help so far. The pictures of the international and chevy show how the door handles are either between or under the body lines. This cabs lines are much lower with the handle on top. The dodge and graham are much closer to this cab but the roof lines are different with a sloped door top. And everyone that comes up on google searches have a quarter window? Any more ideas? Please keep them coming.
