    Yes, I saw him recently and he didn't look well. A real Ford guy.

    My condolences to his family. A real pioneer in Super Stock, A/FX and Funny Car. And a great guy.

    Rest in Peace Phil. I had the pleasure of seeing Phil Bonner at Dover dragstrip in 64/65 he had that Facon lifting all 4 wheels off the ground, it was quite a sight for this 13 yr old kid.
