Love it. I have a 409 6x2 manifold and was thinking of building a 409 for the 34. Where did you get you linkage? Any other tips?

Question - were 409 powered Chevies available Australia? I know GM cars were a lot different 'down under'.

Try Dicks Hotrod Parts for linkage,he has a good name here.If your using Holley 94's they have a group here with good info.
I had an annoying oil leak, looking like rear main seal.Turned out to be,distributor bottoming out and not sealing tight on 6x2 manifold.Had to run engine at 2500 rpm for about 5 mins till it started weeping out and running down back of the block.Fixed with a thin spacer.
    Good luck with your build.

Norman Beechey raced a 409 4 door here on our circuit racing back in the day,but i think it was a US import,so i don't think we had any?
