Ok, I'm just trying to think of some 1940's cars that came as 3 window coupes. Have to be outside the Ford camp. Ford's last 3W was 1936 and they were customised in the 1940's, but it turns out that is not what you are asking for.
The back of the blue one looks like Kim Kardahians a$$!!! lol I know these Mopars are not as popular but I do like them. Especially the black shiny one with chrome steelies.

But that car was not a 3w from the factory, it's chopped and just has the rear 1/4 windows filled. That is entirely different from 'a customised 3 window' which implies cars that came that way to begin with.
I have some to share. I don't know if the first two will be what you wanted since they started out as five window cars and were converted to three window coupes, but I thought I'd throw them in anyway..........E
