If you are looking for a true period style Hot Rod then read on and you will be pleased. > For Sale today is my Model A Tudor called "Sweet Pea." built as if it's 1961, it is a 1930 Ford Model A Tudor Sedan. This started as the cleanest Model A I have ever seen. All the metal repair work amounted to less than the lid of a tuna can. It is chopped 4", the dip rails have been removed and the coach lines continued through to the visor. The top seams have been filled so that the Juliano's top insert is installed down the center of the roof like a 1932. The rear body seams have been filled, the taillights are 1958 Impala bezels with 1956 Bel Air lenses, frenched 1" deep and peaked, the license plate is frenched 1" deep and peaked, the license is hinged to hide the fuel filter. on the rear are Ed Roth outlaw style nerf bars with custom made dual scavenger exhaust exiting through the nerfs. The stock Model A firewall has been reversed. The firewall also carries a Stewart Warner wings curved face tach, oil pressure and mech. temp. gauge. they just look *****in, and light up at night, all of the exposed engine wiring is reproduction cloth covered, wiring is painless. > The engine is a work of art by itself that people never get enough of. It is a completely rebuilt Pontiac 455, it carries an Offenhauser 2x4 intake with Offenhauser cross rams with Northwest speed adapters to mount 2 Stromberg 97's on each end. The linkage and fuel plumbing is a work of art, Moon 4 inlet fuel block and custom made brackets for everything, Mooned Finned valve covers. Holley fule regulator. The stock manifolds are HPC coated. Everything on the engine is chromed. Expect for the block and the intake. Chromed valve covers, cross rams, coil, all brackets, nuts and bolts, valley pan, water pump, pulleys, alternator, dist. cap, all fuel lines, linkage, fuel pump and carb scoops. The ignition is wired with vintage style clear plug wires. > The transmission is a rebuilt turbo 350 with a 2500 stall converter and B & M shift kit, chrome trans pan, dipstick and gravel guard. Custom made drive shaft, undercarriage is fully painted and pinstriped. The rear-end is a nine inch Ford. The center section is from a 1934 Ford wheel, so it used the '34 hubcap as a center cover, very *****in detail. The rear is mounted on a chrome Model A spring with chrome Pete & Jakes hair pins, with chrome shocks. > The front is a chrome Super Bell 4" drop axle with posies super slide spring and chrome shocks, with fresh 1940 Ford brakes, chrome backing plates. Dietz style headlights, on custom fabbed headlight stands, made from a Model A headlight bar. The parking lights are mini bullet lights with custom made stands to match the headlight stands. They are painted and striped to match. The grill is steel 1932 Ford shell with high quality stainless insert. Griffin aluminum radiator and Kool-Flex hoses. The steering is Mustang box with custom made drag link and speedway sterring arm. The cowl is custom notched around the box with the coach line modified to flow with the notch. Looks like Henry did it. > The body is painted House of color Lime Time Pearl, PPG urethane clear, color sanded and rubbed. It is absolutely stunning board straight. The frame rails are Model A, completely boxed with speedway trans cross member and Z'd 5" in the rearl. There are custom made rocker panels that are part of the frame that bring it out of the width of the body. The lower coach lines of the body are replicated on the rockers, similar to a '32 frame, chrome front spreader bar. The tires are Coker, 2 1/2" white walls in cl***ic hot rod sizes 8.20 rear and 5.90 front on Wheels Vintique chrome reverse wheels with Mooneyes Spyder cap centers. The wheel centers are fogged in a white pearl and lime gold. All brake and trans lines are chrome. > All pin striping is professionally done in the style of Von Dutch and Tommy the Greek. It even has Von Dutch's Harvey rabbit on the rear. The frame and rear end are fully striped. The Interior is kind of a lime gold chartreuse type color in a brocade cloth and white pearl vinyl, rolled, pleated and ****oned. The carpet is loop style moss green bound in white, 1932 Ford dash with chrome Model A top rail. The dash is white pearl fogged in lime gold. Custom made insert with Stewart Warner wings curved lens guages. Tach, speedo, mech temp, oil pressure and fuel. Custom chrome emblem on the ashtray. The chrome emblem on the ashtray is an exact match for the SW wings logo. Chrome 1958 Impala steering column drop. Two tone white pearl and lime gold 1958 Impala steering wheel with fresh chrome. Horn center and color dividers, chrome s**** gas pedal, gennie shifter, swan shifter that was cut and stretched 6" and rechromed Genie shifter hand brake and cables. Clear green dice shift knob. Under the dash is a NOS RCA record player that had it's internals replaced with a full function remote controlled CD system that feeds a 200-watt amp. The speakers mounted on the package tray are 1961 Telephunkins from Western Germany with modern 6x9's inside the vintage housings. In addition mounted near the headliners are 2 vintage tube speakers with modern tweeters. Finishing the sound system is a 10" sub woofer mounted in a 1930's Chrysler heater housing. Behind the rear upholstery are the battery box and 12 gallon aluminum fuel tank and stereo amp. > The dome light is vintage Harley fender light. All inside garnish molding are chromed, all gl*** is new easy eye tint. The door latches, window riser and cranks door handles are new, has electric wipers. > This car runs and drives like a Dream!
