My names Paul and I have been a member of Alchoholics Annon (ooops sorry wrong forum:confused:)...I come from the UK and have been 'into' rodding/drag racing since the late 60s, I used to race at Blackbushe Drag Strip which was the home of the British 'Drag Fests' of the 1960s and where drag racing was basically introduced to the UK public by the likes of The Commando Race Team, Tony Nancy and many more...At some time I was also responsible (with my brother) for starting one of the longest running rod clubs in the UK and also starting one of the longest running rod shows.
Basically I've done nothing much of note...but strangely I've had a great time doing it.

Thanks alot guys ...I wish everyone peace, good health and God Bless our brave troops fighting for freedom (from which-ever country)....Paul

    Hi Guys
No nothing at the moment and because of my health I've had nothing for quite awhile however I thought 'stuff it' ' your only here once and even if it just sits in the garage at least i have it, right.

My friend is running a willys g***er and my brother is building a 57 Pickup plus another friend has a superb Model A so I have put up some photos of those and a couple of odd cars I have been involved with or owned...hope they are of some interest and I've not gone too far.

First two are our Nostalgia F/A back in the late 80s? with/without Willys body, shame it never really worked out

Hi. Welcome from Texas. Nice cars in your photo's. I was also a founding member of 2 different hot rod car clubs in the mid to late 50's in North Louisiana in my younger days. The first was mainly a drag racing club & the second more of a custom car group but most of us still did the drags.

    Hi All
I have to say, what a helpful and friendly bunch you are the response has been amazing, I am working through it all now so please be a little patient as well as allowing for the time difference between us.
