If you got it years ago, I would change the master anyway. I would ude one that fits the size of the wheel cylinders.
Then you have no problems. :)

And for the rest, the hot rodder saying claims:
I got a grinder, I got a welder, what do you mean "it dosent fit"?

    It looks good!

Does the new axle come with springs? Because your old ones looks better then mine! ;)

Honest Charlie Speedshop makes an adapter, so i can put a Mustang or like mastercylinder (of course for drums front and rear), i think that would be good:rolleyes:. The frontend is complete with leaf´s, but not all the for the rear will come. Those i don´t use will be cheap;)

Just remember to ask the guy with the Axels about the origins of the truck.

Because keeping bore and stroke in same ballpark makes everything much easyer!!!!! No problems with to much/little braking!

Hello everyone. I am new to both The H.A.M.B. and to the ever more fascinating and exciting world of hot rod building. I stumbled across this thread on Google and had to join. Just getting started on a 26\27 T roadster... On 1920's Buick rails. (similar to Chevy). It took a little cutting and welding but the end result was good. I bolted in a Model A front cross-member and boxed the rails. I'm thinking that I may ad some more center cross member but will ***es that after the bolt in transmission mount is fabricated and installed.

Here are some pictures... Every thing just tacked. This car has a 460 c.i. Ford and a 9" under coil over suspension in it's future.
