I know this ***le has been used many times before. With Ryans blessing this is a call out to my fellow Canadian HAMBers. My wife and I are planning a road trip across Canada and back next June and into July. Our goal is to raise funds for the A.L.S. Societies of Canada, by holding some sort of car/truck related gathering at every stop (daily) along the way. It's an ambitious target, but we have already gotten lots of support so far with around 6 commitments. Nobody has said "No we can't do that". With that said we need more contacts.
Our start date is June 1st Grand Forks B.C. Event
    2nd Cranbrook B.C. Event
    3rd Calgary ish Alta
    4th Moose Jaw Sask Event
    5th Winnipeg Man.
    6th Thunder bay Ont
    7th Hearst Ont Event
    8th Val d or Que.
    9th Montreal Que
    10th Edmonston N.B.
    11th Charlottetown PEI
    12th PEI Event
    !3th & 14th Nova Scotia Event

And then we head back. Unfortunately we can't make it to Newfoundland, time constraints, Sorry. The cities we are hitting on the way back are from about the 18th or 19th of june as follows
    Somewhere in New Brunswick???
    Quebec city
    Montreal again
    Toronto ont
    Hamilton Area ont
    New Market Area ont
    Sudbury ont
    Thunder Bay ont
    Winterpeg Man again
    Somewhere Sask?
    Lethbridge Alta
    Salmon Arm BC

We need to hear from lots more Ontario HAMBers...
PS All the proceeds raised in each province stay in that province...

After successful fundraisers in Okotoks Ab., Swift Current & Melville Sask., we are now in Toronto Ont. Our next fundraiser is Kitchener/Baden tomorrow (wed), then Kingston Thursday evening. During the day in Kingston at a buddies place I get to fix a few things. The speedo cable and rear springs. I had the springs re-arched and that didn't work out so good, but they did it for free...

Not sure if you are aware of this or not, but the Red Deer Cruise night has moved from the Parkland Mall due to construction.

It is currently being held at the Crossroads Church just west of the Queen Elizabeth highway (highway 2) at the 32 Street overp***. They put signs out on the highway directing you there. Actually easier to get to if coming from out of town.

Ok I'll try and pay attention now. Wife is usually on this computer quite a bit mapping, contacting media etc.
We are in Hearst Ont. June 26th Friday night at the Companion Inn. Apparently there's a pub/restaurant there and Claude Giroux will be in town.
    Any Hambers in Hearst?
