Looking to replace the studs in one drum. Can't seem to find them. Any help? Also help on just how to remove old one. I understand a wack with a BFH ain't the way to go. Thanks

Macs has the tools to remove and install. I would think they also have the studs, but haven't checked.

He is the nut and bolt guy for the early Fords and might have them.

A search for Ford # 68-1107 which is the bolt you want brings up a **** load of vendors who sell it.
Damned well wasn't hard to find with a total of two minutes of searching.

Mac's does have tools and studs. From what I understand, you need to press the new studs in with a 50 ton press as you are really supposed to distort/swell the part of the stud that grabs on to the drum. I looked into this once and by the time you add it all up--cheaper to find another drum IMHO.

When I replaced a couple of brake drum studs on my old 4o Ford sedan I bought the replacements at NAPA. HRP
