  1. Or a 2x4 409 and a four gear. ;) Might as well make it fun.

Lookin' good from over here. I used to have a T coupe body but I just couldn't fall in love with that tall top. But you seldom see them built much anymore so now I like to see them. It would really stand out built the way it looks now.
Yeah, Nailhead, Y-block or baby Hemi needs to be in there since you already have a "belly ****on".

  5. Flathead would be right at home, but you'll have to change that street sign on your wall.

Perfect! No chop. Pick your engine. Maybe a turbo 4 banger.

It looks like a great start, go with a flathead and don't chop the top.

I see the no chop crowd has raised the flag. :D If your going for a cute look leave it unchopped, if going for a seriously sinister hotrod chop. Motor choice may lend one way or another. Example: hemi-then chop, 4 cylinder-highhat. Either way good looking car. I like 8" chops on these.

I like the track you are on. My perfrence would be to leave the top as is for now, drop the front end some more and a Flat motor for power if it is an option. Most of all put it together to suit yourself. You have a good start at a great project and I am invious of you.
