The Bill Roland 24T (after Ivo sold it) had some very rare magnesium 4 slot Kidney bean wheels on the back. (Car Craft June 1960). I have a pair and would like to know more about them. Anyone know who built these wheels and or there history? Sorry, I'll step up one of these days and learn how to post pics. Maybe someone out there has some pics of the car. Thanks, Mike --------------------------------------------------------- Vagabonds cc MO.
I had a pair.4 slots,Magnesium,15"x 10". They are going on a FED in Ohio. My research showed they were early American Racing wheels. I think< www.roadsters.com >has pics.
Here's a side shot of the Ivo/Roland "T". The wheels look like small window Halibrands to me. By the way, Tommy Ivo owned and built the car before Bill Roland bought it. Mick
Thanks Unk Iam. The ones I have are also 15x10's but they have the real small Kidney bean slots like an early Halibrand. They also have a 5 on 5-1/2 eary Ford bolt pattern. -------------------------------------------------------- Vagabonds cc MO.
Thanks Mick for the info. Those are the wheels I have. But I don't believe ther're Hals. Didn't Halibrand have 5 slots? Someone thought maybe Nance wheels? -------------------------------------------------------- Vagabonds cc MO.

By the way, those are Halibrand smoothies on the front, installed backwards. Johnnie.
The ones Uncle Ian posted are early American Racing Standards. Much bigger windows than Mike's wheels.
You want to see Ivo's T in action and not just pulling into a parking lot, go to your local 99¢ store and get a DVD copy of "The Choppers" It's got Norm's T tub in it too
