    I think that's Louis Tomei in one of the 1935 Miller Ford chassis. I also believe this photo was taken in 1941 by which time the car had been raced a couple of times with an Offy engine being used in the front drive car. Since there are not yet any numbers or lettering on the car and with the model posing alongside this might have been some kind of a publicity photo before the track opened. AAA was pretty strict and cars going onto the track without at least their assigned car numbers painted on almost never happened.
