Anybody got a cool project to kick off the new year?

This is my current rebuild. Painting the chassis in a Maroon and doing the body in Slate Gray. Also dressing up the 350 with a three deuce setup. And a complete rewire.

Going to go check out a couple of 40 coupe projects very soon. Current std just needs a little debugging and it will be gone. Gotta keep busy and 40's are what I'm familiar with.

 

Got three projects in the works for this year.

1)We've been collecting vintage parts to build a late 40's/very early 50's style 32 chassis to put the Frenzel Speed motor in.Keith is handling the design and build.

2) The Silva Speed Special is at ASS for some upgrades. New Halibrand quick change out back,new 39 Henry tranny, new brakes at all 4 corners,new Tardel built 59A for Frenzel #2. Hope to have it ready for the Roundup in April.

3) New Tardel built 59AB with Mal Ord heads and intake for the Salt Flats Special. We are going to blow the car apart, pretty it up a bit and put a new interior in it.

We're gonna have a busy year.

 

This will make some one a good project but not me 100" wheel base stand-n-drive

 

I posted this on the Model A thread, but I'll post it here too. 29 Sport Coupe, mostly all pre '47.....

 

The '30 Roadster and '29 Steelback are my main projects. The main related project for 2015 is selling off all the unwanted crap that I've collected over my lifetime. The goal is to have a clean office, basement, garage, and funds for the cars and travel money to attend meets. Bob

a bit OT but a Colonial C cab T truck on a scratch built chassis, 350/400 combo

 

My little straight 8 powered modified. Im close to painting the body. My plan is to have it done in time to drive it to speed week in August. Wish me luck.

I just got this1939 Ford Standard last week, heck of a start, I'll start on it first thing Monday. can't wait. I will also be looking for what parts are missing. Thanks, Larry

 

Hoping to get my 46 Super Deluxe coupe ready for spring, along with some upgrades to my 31 Model A .
Then it's on to my 67 Econoline Supervan as $ allows.
