Hi guys, anyone could help me for identifying headlights? i have bought a nice NOS pair a couple years before on a swapmeet in order to adapt them on my 32.they look a little like 36 ford ones, perhaps smaller, with convex lenses, and their body is stamped DEPRESS BEAM 81780 in black ink on the primer paint. anyone could tell me on what car they were normally installed? it seems the lens is 7"1/4 outer diameter , from edge to edge. My aim is to find now replacement lenses in case i break one of them, but i have no references to help me in my research except "depress beam 81780. Thanks for help!!
Google US search for "depress beam" has several links for dodge, chrysler, packard. Many big truck manufacturers and some of the lower-production orphan makes bought components like headlights from an outside supplier rather than making their own.
They arn't, but they have the same shape as my 36 terraplane lights. They have the look of being off something high end, very very nice lights. Posted using the Full Custom H.A.M.B. App!
