Technical What are these seats out of?

Anyone recognize these seats? The PO said that they are from an early Corvette but maybe he meant Corvair.

 

Those do look like Sting Ray seat rails (I can verify if you like) adapted to later non-Vette seats.

 

folding mech. looks too new to be Corvair.

 

The seat shape and upholstery on them look like a mid 70's corvette to me.

I don't think they're mid 70's C3 Corvette seats either. They don't have the same look.
These are '75 Corvette seats:


They look more like those used in the late 60's.

Take a look at pictures of 1970s VW bugs.

 

They are not VW.

I have seen those seats before bit need to see pics of the reclining handle,the tracks have a 80s Ford or possible import look to them.

 

they look a bit adapted but i would say fiero seats
