One of my favorites has always been the early Oldsmobile wheels...

I really like most of them from the 1940s through around 1954-55, but I do think Buick in particular had it going on. I LOVED the black one in a light green '53 Special I owned years ago. This is a photo I stole off the web but it looks exactly like the wheel and dash in my former car. (Heck, for all I know it IS my former car!)

    1949 Chevrolet deluxe accessory wheel.

  21. I'm a steering wheel "guy"--- I love them. Some hanging around and always looking for/at them. Those accessory spinners are way cool. My little '56 Porsche has my personal fave of mine. It's a cream factory banjo. My next fave is one I took off some ****ers 52 Chevy that owed me money. Not the greatest wheel but a great trophy.

  25. Maaaan I am all over the board on steering wheels. I have always been partial to Cal Custom 3 spoke wheels but I am seeing some wheels here that I really like.

  26. I chose to build my own, it's a biggun @18", for a bigger truck. Took me a while to get the wrapping done the way I wanted.
