I just can't bring myself to pay for a good set of cab corners (I had a set of Howell's panels but they were just wrong--ie way too long from the door post to where the cab back is or would/should be). there's not that much to them and I can make my own, but mine absolute toast and were replaced with "eyeballed" corners 20 years ago that are no where near correct in shape. Can somebody with a truck take a pice of paper and scribe the propper radius for the cab corners from the door post to the frame rail, then scan it full size and post it here so I can get the radius at least close to right when i make mine? thanks for your help!
I have a cab that I can get some information from it for you. Running a straight edge across the reveal on the bottom of the cab, I measured from the cab corner at the door pillar. It measured 7 5/8 inches to the reveal. Above the reveal it measured 7 1/4 inches. I did bend a piece of welding rod around the corner on the reveal to get some sort of pattern for it. Send me a PM with your email and I will try to get you what ever information information I can. I hope this is of some help. Have a nice day
message sent flip. thanks. I think I get where you're measuring too, but that tbend piece of rod around the corner would be money if you could transfer it to paper/digital and send it at actual size. thanks
