Definitely not a Ford, '46 or otherwise. Ford steering wheels have a small diameter center hole that fits the steering shaft....whereas this wheel appears to fit some sort of flange that is either missing or part of the steering shaft of the car it came from. Ray

You can still put a Ford ****on in the middle of it, the '54 Anniversary ( I think '54) would look sweet in there.
