Chopped 4 door mercs?? Pics? Anyone?

I just saw the post on here with the chopped Mor-Door 51 thats being done, and it got me thinkin, how many of you guys out there have 49-51 Merc 4 doors, and how many are chopped?? My brother has a 51 Mor-door and is looking for ideas. Any pics guys??

 

well i have one (51) and a 50 bodie comin to me but its my next project and havent even started on it yet definatly choping it though........heres the heap now though...pretty bad shape but for 500 i couldnt pass....

 

If he needs practice chopping, he can come & do mine

Well chances are that if we chop it, it will be me that helps him out on that as i love messin with sheetmetal. That Green merc is in a large pic in the new issue of Traditional Rod and Kulture, not a feature but a sweet pic. Bein as you know me, you prolly know my brother too as he has the hiboy 32 ford pickup thats black with yellow and orange flames from Regina too.

Just on chopped four door Mercs, he has 11 pictures of '49s, 24 pictures of '50s and 22 pictures of '51s. That is 67 pictures of just chopped four door Mercs!

The green one used to belong to Mike of Sacred Karts, I'm not sure who has it now. That is one of my all time favorite cars, it actually sparked my love of hot rods and customs when I was about 16.
