Hey I was out driving around today (rare 40 degree day in January) and stopped to take some shots right where the trains go past. Shot all of these in about 3 minutes. Train was going slow, so I could get different backgrounds -- but if you had a tripod and a faster train, the train would be blurred in the background which would also look really cool. Maybe this is a lame thing to do a thread about, but it amuses me, anyway.
When I was fooling around with 35 MM SLR cameras,I used a slow shutter speed and the moving backgrounds were streaked or blurred. HRP
