Pic request - 55 Chevy with radiused rear wheel wells

Anyone have any decent pics? I am thinking....

 

No pics, but you are thinking right. The rear wheel opening on a 55 Chev is ugly and does not suggest "Hot Rod". The 2 most important things you can do to get the drag car look is take off the front bumper, and radius the rear wheel openings.

 

gotta make sure to sawzall thru the trim

 

My uncle built a 55 like the one in the pic. He used 55 nomad wheel openings for the rear.

 

this isn't a real car, it's the box art from the 1964 issue Revell 55 Chevy model. I have the full thing as the wallpaper on my computer...it's a *****in painting.

 

hold a barrel up there, trace and getherdone... a must..

55 nomad wheelwells look the best. they are far from round & match the car good!
