I finally found a panel truck, looked for months, found it in the bacn of DRIVE magazine, never even bothered lookin in there before. It's a '58 Dodge Town Panel, with a chevy 305, TH350, firebird clip, 10 bolt rear. It's got the original buckets, and came in the ugliest color of blue ever concocted. I can't find the pics of it when I first bought it, but if i do, I'll post em later. I already had a full new exhaust done with sneaker pipes and bellflowers, and cleaned up some old rader mags and put some skinny whites on. Other than that it's in pretty good shape, the plan is to paint it gold and letter the shop logo on the panels. I need a '58 buick grille for it though! oh yeah, it's not low enough yet either......

thanks guys, I'll try to post some better pics one of these days. I still gotta yank the **** carpet, wood paneling and bench seat outta the back so i can stick my bike or whatever else back there......oh, and it's got a roof vent thats gotta go too. pretty straight body though. Dirty2 don't worry about the spindles thing, it was worth checkin out. I think I'm gonna order some dropped spindles for it tomorrow. Gonna have to C the frame in back too.
