Customs Preserving patina but fixin' what needs it

    it was my uncle's truck before it was mine, and know where it was parked I'm pretty sure it's 30 or 40 years of crop-duster overspray...

    I'll be glad, when the "patina" and "faux patina" craze is over,
    only so people will have one less thing to ***** about.

    Build it as you like it, not as someone else wants you to.
    You like patina? Keep it. The ones I have done are frame off rotisserie builds with original as found exteriors, I love em. Here are a couple of mine and one of the 1951 Ford F1s I am building now.

    I drive this guy just like this. No clear coat, but I park it inside in a heated garage, and the rust is from California so it doesn't go all the way through.
