'47 is going to have locator pins on the hubs which will have to be ground off to put any later wheels onto it. Chevy Caprice and 2wd half ton Chevy pickup trucks all had the same 5 on 5" bolt pattern and would work to make the car a roller, although any later model wheels like that will be wider than the Buick's originals and may cause rubbing or clearance issues if you actually want to drive with them.
The center hole in a Buick wheel is larger than any other 5 on 5'' '40s-'60s wheel. Try before you buy ....
The locating pin unscrews from drum/hub....does not have to be ground or cut off. I have converted Buick hubs to wheel studs from wheel bolts. Dorman products has lots of wheel studs from which to choose. Best when pressed into place, not hammered. Ray
I have a set of Buick rims if your needing them , not sure if you need wheels or you just want newer rims
