I only visited with him for a minute at my first TexasThaw.
I shot this later, when he briefly stopped again. Little coupe just kept goin round an round. : )

 

R.I.P. Colin, the thaw will never be the same.....

Hard to believe its been five years....... man time flies

 

I met Collins when he worked for Uncle Daniel Old Car Factory, Hard to believe its been that long.

 

Colin was a pure spirit. I feel fortunate to have known him and to have been there to witness the forever famous airplane race in person.

 

Yeah, Man.................it ****s, but we were fortunate to have crossed paths and had more than a few beers together, I'm sure he and Colin are having a good 'ol time right now! R.I.P. Casey & the Crazy Hawaiian!
