I have a Italmeccanica supercharger and I'd like to rebuild it. Anybody know of a book or magazine article covering rebuilding a S.Co.T / Italmeccanica supercharger ?

Street Rodder Magazine, April 1976, has a very good 4 page article on rebuilding the S.Co.T. Send me a PM with your email address and I will send you a copy. I've sent it to many people on the HAMB over the years.

Cotton Werksman,Barrington,Illinois has probably been into more SCOT blowers than anyone on the planet.I had 2 in the early 70's and both were done by Cotton; both performed very well!

Now this is going back quite a few years. I remember reading in one of Bruce Dahl's flathead newsletters that there was a guy from Burbank CA named Mark Lingua who used to rebuild and polish the SCOT blowers. He used to make the new gears to replace the Itel ones as well. Does anyone know if he is still around?
