Technical 37-38 chevy rear fender well??

Does a coupe and sedan have the archs in the rear? I know the curve on the upper part of the bady are way diff... but im talking about the lip and the inner fender.. If im correct.. it has the same fenders..

 

Yes , I have seen sedan fenders on a coupe . (Gas filler hole )
