  1. Thanks Dale! We will definitely be on the salt this year, not just the parking lot, ready to go FAST!

  2. Already getting pumped for it!

  3. Little update: Just got back from Derrek's shop, chassis is close to done and the body has been blown apart ready to go to the sand blaster.

  5. Eric, most fun I ever had hauling a body from a hotel room!
Tim, you're on a roll. This is really coming along. Along with Hazel, it will be a work of art.

7.00 16 actually old Sears Atlas tires I got from @crminal. Good for a roller but I will replace them before it hits the highway.

  12. Thanks for the reply. They look great, I like the sidewall. I was hoping they were 17"'ers and newly available!

Wow Tim! Another really cool ride :)
Thanks Mike for sharing your process building the QC. Pictures don't convey the hours it took to do all of that.
Definitely one of the best threads. :)

  16. Awesome Build! Subscribed!!

  17. Some updates. I've been busy with the Falcon for the last couple of weeks, seems a head gasket let go so that gave me an excuse to install the new engine I had sitting on the floor. Runs great now so back to the T. :)

Friday I picked up the body from the sandblaster and brought it home to blow it out and get some etch primer on it.

Just a little bondo in the doors otherwise a real good piece of metal.

Ah to live in California, where you can spray paint outdoors in March and it actually dries...

I thought if you sprayed paint outside in California they would arrest you and throw away the key.

  23. Picked up some goodies for the roadster this weekend. Mark @Royalshifter donated a set of head lights and a 32 commercial shell.

Mocked them up in the garage saturday night to see how it looks. Imagine about 5" off the bottom and the front wheels about even with the top of the lights.

  27. This is the California Paint Police. We have been watching you and noticed you painted your vehicle outside. Governor Moonbeam will be dispatching a team of college pukes to your residence to seize your property. If you own a Confederate flag it will be promptly replaced with a new California "rainbow" flag. Additionally, you will be required to do 100 hours of community service telling children how "Climate Change" is real and that you are now driving a Prius. Do not try and leave the area. We have bribed your neighbors with "water coupons" and asked them to report to us. Have a nice day.

  28. Man is that ever right. Something tells me the rainbow Pinocchio on Pennsylvania Ave would have us all drawn & quartered. Keep your head down bud. Maryland is right down the street. Probably a drone over your home right now ... with tactical Iranian nukes.

Meanwhile ... back at the ranch ... the "T" is lookin' good !!!!!!! Not to mention the tidy Falcon engine you have now. Looks like it always was, as it should. As well ... I dig your garage, your driveway, and everything else. Great stuff sir.
