Josef, The Century was the "best of the breed" in '55. Always wanted one of these when I was a kid. Same body as the Special, but they stuffed the 322 cubic inch Nailhead of the Roadmaster in it. Too bad you didn't have a good one of those 'cause it would be "just perfect" in that beautiful machine your building. (Buick resurrected the Century name in '54...kept it through '58.) Excellent work, my dad bought a new 55 Buick when I was 10 yrs old, our first new car, loved them ever since.
She is running 6.70-15 firestones, and yes i am running factory power steering sorry for the lack of updates been busy struggling with the engine programming..
Its gonna be painted in silver, gold and red candy but the colorsheme is not decided yet, some Watson inspired maybe
Welded a driveshaft the other day and took her out for a short spin for the first time, cutted of the splines from the original closed driveshaft and fabricated a new open one with help of two other shafts and a lathe [emoji106]
