Here are a couple of shots of the new look on the 47, after the last 7 years spent in Unstreetrodding it. Now it is a Kustom.Heading for Detroit City in about an hour, in the snow no less. I see a lot of cleaning time in Detroit, anybody wanna come and help. BB
Bob looks awesome ! I remember that car from when you first started getting my gang rooms for the Goodguys Indy show in the 1990's. Then you built the convertible . Always wondered if you still had it. Is she going to be your new cross country cruiser??? Have fun with it as you always do!! Larry
Wow-love the color, the skirts, the bumpers and the tail lights. Great looking car. Is that a 46 grille? I put one in my 48.
Wow! That's one sweet Chevy. I like the '46 grille and the '51 Buick (?) style taillights. I used '51 Buick taillights on my old Fleetline and also put the license plate on the bumper with a '49 Chev bumper guard so I'm very partial to that look. Good job!!
Once again........love the car! When do we get the build story, and a list of the cool modifications made? Better yet........looking forward to riding along when you take it on one of your infamous road trips!
Looks great Bob, a great turnaround from it's starting point. The chopped to match stainless window surrounds really do it for me, I'm sure that wasn't a real simple task.
