    Hi folks,

I have had these headers in my garage attic for a while and was hoping to confirm what they fit. They look a lot like '55-'57 Chevy headers. Guy I bought them from said they were JR brand. All I know is they are definitely SBC, and very old (still have the driver's side alternator mount bracket). Thanks in advance.

I had a set of JR headers on my '65 Chevelle drag car back in the day ('69). They had that strange down tube. They were originally sold for a '67 Chevelle dirt tracker. It took a couple hours to change spark plugs with them, so I got them for free.

Thanks, the Chevelle application could be a good fit. Now to find someone with an early Chevelle to check....

Hedman bought JR Headers about 30 years ago. They may have some archived information on that part number
