Curious before I run them on the HAMB for sale, what are they worth?......I ended up with them in some dealing around on stuff and have no use for 2...they're in great shape......tell me what you might know about them
Hi. I really have no clue to their value but you should be able to go to the American Racing Wheel website & see if they are still listed & if there is a cost posted there for them. They look neat and likely someone will want them. Good luck, Jim
Is the base metal or plastic? Whats the center to center measurement between two holes. If you come up with a price I will probably take them. PM me.
http://asp.americanracing.com/storeimages/eshopsearch/torq-thrust-oakland-spinners.htm 99.00 set of 4
Ok Tanner, I'll bump it up to 35for the pair seein that 4 are 99 and yers are used Just ship em. Or 1 for 17.50 and we'll both have 1 to hang on the wall.
I would say so, but not to me. I would go about $45. I would put them on my wall. A car is going to look funny with just 2. Unless you put them on one side of course. I found the info after my 2 posts and thought I would share. Hope it helps. If ya really want to talk money it's best to PM, kinda like whispering into a bull horn.
$350.00$99.99 -- Limited production; Forged Aluminum "Wings" Spinner (Set of Four) Thats not $99 each, thats a set of 4 for $99 the way I read it.
I'd double check that link before you sell them cheap...if you click on Store Home you'll find the link is dead. Looks like that's an archived website you've found from 2006...unless I'm wrong which I quite often am. Found a better link: https://www.danchuk.com/ItemForm.aspx?Item=13053
As stated above its a dead site they can cross it out again and put free but you still come up short. Danchuk.com has them for the price I quoted above, they came out a while ago and this site may be old too. Part #13053
They look like a JC Whitney gee-gaw to me, and most must have agreed if they're now in the clearance bin. Good wall art...
Cool but, in a strange way. so, made of aluminum or plastic? Torq Thrusts from different eras have a different size pattern for screws that hold caps on. good conversation piece. dare to be different. some history on why they were produced would be interesting. I have a pair of limited production American Racing 50TH Anniversary Rodmaster wheels. so, AR does do special stuff from time to time.
Says forged aluminum, which explains the $$$. Would look decent on a high-count set of vintage wire wheels (60-70 spoke) but not on any modern aluminum wheel.
Great WALL ART, Mr Donnie Tanner is a true gentleman as he now has 1 on his wall and I'll have the other on mine in a few days Thanx Donnie.
