Hi, a good friend of mine, just bought a 1951 Buick 2 door Sedan which he wants to work on. He is looking for a part catalog similar to a catalog www.truckandcarshop.com or "The Filling Station" (which of course are for Chevy's) but for Buick where the parts and the numbers are shown. Unfortunately he hasn't found anything like this on the internet. Has anyone a hint? Thanks Andy
He didn't look to hard, I got this after 1 search but mite not be what he needs, keep searching, luck.http://www.automobile-catalog.com/make/buick/full-size_buick_2gen/series_70_roadmaster_2gen_riviera_4-door/1950.html http://search.aol.com/aol/search?enabled_terms=&s_it=client97_searchbox&q=1950%27s+buick+catalog
Tell him to join the Buick Club of America and join on their forum. There are a lot of helpful info and people there... Love the straight-eight!!!!
Check www.faxonautoliterature.com They have a website and offer all manual of factory manuals, both paper and CD copies. Cool body style by the way. Ray
very rare and very awesome ride. I love the odd ball and this is sweet. Best wishes for this build, keepit traditional. Please no giant wheels. Get r done
Bobs autommobilia is the best I've found. I've ordered alot of parts from them and they are very helpful. Cars Inc or Oldbuickparts.Com is ok but they take forever to ship anything. If you need gl*** or weather strip check out these websites. http://www.vendio.com/stores/bobscl***icautogl***/ http://www.rubbertherightway.com
