Technical Wheel identification.

I brought home a 59 Ford it had the following wheels on it. I want to sell them. Anyone have any idea what they are and how old?
They are 14 inch.

these are 14x7....should be later stuff from Ford about 1974 - not the Magnum's from 69-73 that were chrome and were both 14x7 and 15x7 on Boss stangs......lots of Granada's/Torino's/Ranchero's got these....
