Brilliant Lincoln! That is one great looking car.
Can I ask if that is an original colour and what it is?
Aaand what tyre size and brand do you have? They look great.

Why does anyone chop these cars? It looks so "right" the way it sits.

You really scored! All the right calls on this car so far, looks like it went to the right person-paint came out amazing-lower the back a little and drive it.

My buddie has a restored 41 3 window. During the years it took to find everything it needed I came to appreciate the lines and the quality of these pre-war beauties. I am always on the look out for these cars and parts for them. I was at an auction a few years ago that had a 40 Zephyr sedan, the auctioneer (not a car guy AT ALL) described the V12 as "some kind of airplane motor someone has put in it" Congrats on the Lincoln find!!

Excellent choice on retaining its originality. This is a gem that deserves to remain uncut. Lovely car. I will echo the sentiment that it is a custom from the factory if there ever was one!
