I have this old peerless honeycomb radiator , the ports have been taped off with duck tape and seems to be in pretty decent condition over all . Can anyone tell what year or model this is from? i've tried a few times and found nothing ... any help is appreciated thanks !

I think that is a Peerless brand Model T Ford accessory, not from the defunct Peerless brand car.
The online Model T encyclopedia will likely give the dimensionsal differences between the several different T radiators.

It's what Model T people refer to as a "tall" radiator-which means it would fit late 1923 through 1927 Model T cars and trucks. Peerless was an aftermarket accessory company.
