Technical Input shaft ID please

    This is a shaft I used on either a Ford 3 speed (65) or a Chevy 3 speed (57). It is a 10 spline.

    Looks like a Ford to me, with the necked down shaft and the long pilot bearing area. I think Fords are 1-3/8" and Chevy are 1-1/8"

    Thanks. Looks about 1 1/8" at the splines

    Chevy because of the 3rd gear syncro design.

    This is for a 6 cylinder the V8 did not have the small shank on it, they were larger
