What is this thing? At first i thought it was a horseshoe puller, then i thought it might be an old wheel weight tool but now i'm pretty sure i don't know what it is. Do you? It says Marqette Mfg. Co., St. Paul Minn. on the side of it.
I'm pretty sure you don't know what it is either. ;^D ~ Paul aka "Tha Driver" You braggin' or complainin'?
It might be a tire tool for early clincher tires, for squeezing them out of the grooves of the clincher rim. If I'm right, do I get it?
Marquette ... possibly a battery service tool from the days batteries were repaired instead of replaced ??? Cell snatcher ??? 302
I'd have to agree... it looks like there is a part for breaking the bead, and another part with a "spoon" shape for getting the tire over the bead? It might help if you posted the dimensions, or a photo of it next to a yardstick... Ben
misunderstood the thread title...thought there'd be pics of people like Boyd and we'd have to guess who they were.
That is for the guy I just seen on the freeway in his honda with a 2x4 shoved through each side window! Tool for pulling his head out of his ass!
damn i hate you! that is what i think too...Marquette being an early car manufacturer, is what i came up with
Its for digging the cow manure out of the soles of your shoes. We use those up in Wisconsin all the time.
