V8-60 Parts

Please just answer this if you would be interested... just a simple: "ME" will do.

If there were NEW repro- V8-60 manifolds and heads available, and the price was fair... would you buy them? Either way... seperate or as a set.

Just a simple: "ME" please.

I saw a used set with carbs for $1500 last week. At that price it seems a worthwhile venture.

 

This is tricky. On one hand, I would say, “Hell yes – go for it.” On the other hand, I’m not sure you’ll have a big enough market. The V8-60s are getting hard to find and the folks at Honest Charley Speed Shop, (aka Corker Tire), have gone around the country buying all the V8-60s they can find to build their V8 motorcycles. I have a V8-60 project for Bonneville I’m slowly working on and I would like some new heads – would I pay $600 for them? No, I’ll just grind the old offys or machine some iron ones.
